Afternoon At Where It Leads To You

Afternoon At Where It Leads To You

I got lost and somehow, I got found
driving in an overcast morning in the pouring rain
saw myself standing - on soaked ground

Twenty two acts before I'm rid of it all.
Bereft.I walk away, my back to you and forever more
the beat a fading echo. As I have left,

my heart, my soul, my dreams complete.
On the curb that leads to your street.
